Carol has booked several flights for me to England, a cruise to Alaska for me and my Mom, and a package for three to Disneyworld. Every trip plan was a success and accommodations excellent. Carol has always gone the "extra mile" by doing research to not only find the best fares for the dates requested, but also suggesting possible alternative dates/deals/ideas that may be worth considering. She is also very good with travel tips and finding an answer to just about any question you ask.

Just a quick note to let you know all your arrangements went off without a hitch. Air transportation and the hotels were ready for us and no complaints. The rooms were clean and quite to our environment. On behalf of myself, the staff at 504 and the cadets a huge THANK YOU for your contribution to a very successful experience.

Carol provided us with information on different cruise lines, departure dates, itineraries and cost. To our pleasant surprise, she found out that as residents of British Columbia, we were able to take advantage of a preferred rate on Celebrity Mercury. We had already decided on this ship because of the itinerary and on board activities. The extra savings were a bonus we appreciated.
Although we reside in different provinces, the travel documents arrived when Carol said they would. Everything was in order as I expected it would be. Carol is conscientious in her work, and prompt in her response to questions and comments. She provided us with all relevant information to help make the cruise the success it was.
