The Booking Process

This is the journey we take before the journey!
It's an interaction between the travel advisor and traveller(s) to plan and book a unique trip.
The steps generally involve:

• meeting in person or over the phone, or via e-mail
• determining the type of holiday the clients are looking for
• sending a quote
• asking and answering questions (throughout the process)
• re-quoting as necessary
• complete the booking
• sending travel documents (typically sent by e-mail)
• giving pre- and post-travel advice
• following up after travel to ensure the trip went well
